Coordinate import-export shipments across four EU markets. Manage transport schedules, customs documentation, and cold chain logistics. Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and partner companies within the MFA Group network.
Inspect incoming and outgoing fresh produce, beverages, and agricultural goods. Ensure HACCP compliance and EU food safety standards. Document quality reports and manage supplier quality relationships.
Develop new client relationships across European retail and distribution markets. Identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate trade terms, and grow Novera's import-export volumes across Italy, Spain, Romania, and Bulgaria.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of fresh produce and beverages. Manage a team of 5-10 staff, maintain cold storage protocols, and optimise inventory turnover.
Handle EU customs documentation, invoicing, and administrative tasks for import-export operations. Prepare shipping documents, manage correspondence with customs authorities, and support trade compliance.
